Welcome to the soft launch of the TwinForge Presale Land Fundraiser
you guys are awesome we already reached over 40% of our goal in the 1st 48 hours
This Soft Launch will span for 2 weeks, from April 22nd through May 6th.
The official fundraiser launch will continue for 4 weeks, from May 7th through June 4th.
The ultimate goal of this fundraiser is to raise enough money to help pay for long term hosting of the website for the first year, early creation of artwork, programming for the game, and committing to conservation goals for real world change to the world.
Our financial goal we wish to achieve over the next 42 days is a minimum of $1,000 SBD with that amount
- 10% will go towards planting new trees at $1 per sapling
- 20% will go towards site hosting for the first year
- 30% will go towards crypto conversion fees and taxes
- 15% will go towards artwork production for the first month
- 15% will go towards programming for the first month
- 10% will go towards marketing for the first month
Now onto the main event for today the soft launch of presale land tokens.

Today the current available holdings is:
- 3 city reservation tokens
- 27 town reservation tokens
- 40 Land Blocks
- 160 Quarter Blocks
- 2080 Small Plots
For the next 2 weeks anyone may buy (when in supply):
City Reservation Tokens: $225 SBD =1/81 of a Continent
Town Reservation Tokens: $75 SBD =1/9th of a City
Building a town/city will require many people to shoulder the workload if you wish to acquire materials, construct buildings, and build a community within a timely manner.
Even the strongest of bank accounts cannot buy their way to a fully developed town (unless purchased from another player that took the time and energy to develop it).
Any player that has already purchased a town or city reservation will have exclusive access to purchasing any of the 3 different sized land plots during the soft launch fundraiser so that they may expand their land holdings and prepare for the game opening.
Land Block Token: $25 SBD = 1/9th of a Town
Land QuarterBlock:$10 SBD = 1/4th of a Land Block
Land SmallPlot:$5 SBD = 1/4th of a QuarterBlock
Every time a block of land is bought, 16 numbers will be randomly generated between 1 and 16. Each number represents 1 small plot and the 4 land types with 4 starting variants they will become.

Stripped land
- Sand
- Clay
- Stone
- Ore
Water land
- 1 fish egg
- 2 fish eggs
- 3 fish eggs
- 4 fish eggs
Grassland
- Grass

- Soil
Which ever land type is more dominant of the 16 will be the official visible block land on the map
If you buy a quarter block then only 4 random numbers will be drawn
If you buy a small plot then only 1 random number will be drawn
If available larger land types can be broken up into smaller ones for a small fee of $3 SBD
Also, anyone who purchases land tokens will have a random chance to discover an ancient rune section. There are 4 ancient ruin sections to every city (8100sqm).
When the game starts, players will be able to transport their rune sections to each other until all 4 are pieced back together. Each completed ruin may be powered temporarily by gems and gem shards found rarely while mining to open a portal to transport a player and their hog cart to any other ruin portal that has been completed within the same continent.

I was just scrolling through the tokens on Steem-Engine and saw grid9games, so I googled it, glad to have discovered this so early! I'm not ballin enough to get the City Reservation right now but I am definitely interested in getting something! Will have to see what we can afford to spare!

thanks for the vote of confidence. if towns or cities are to much for you then just wait a few weeks for the hard fundraiser launch and you will have access to buying smallplots($5 sbd each) quarter blocks($10 sbd each) and Land Blocks($25 sbd each) the soft launch is for those that feel like getting access to those 3 even earlier than the hard launch so dont feel obligated to join in on that if its not affordable to you. in fact we encourage people that buy towns and city reservations to have a plan with multiple people to run them as a community(and possibly pool money to joint purchase) because at the end of the day they require a community to make them prosper.
