RE: Campus Police Kill Navy Vet Who Was Trying To Break Up A Fight

in #news6 years ago

Another victim of the use of firearms, I do not know if the solution is to disarm the school guards, it seems to me that this goes further, I believe that we must continue trying to get all citizens to hand over their weapons and a law stronger against the agencies that propose the sales of firearms.
thank you very much dear friend @doitvoluntarily for sharing this news
I wish you a great day

Another victim of the use of firearms? I think you mean another victim of the many abuses of power by police and uniformed agents of the State.

Guns should be kept away from unstable and/or dangerous people, which includes cops and agents of the State. If a civilian shoots and kills an innocent person that's bad and something we shouldn't want in society, but giving a free pass to cops who shoot and kill innocent people daily is also bad and something we shouldn't want or tolerate in society. Evil is evil regardless of who does it. People shouldn't get away with murder just because they wear a badge and uniform.

But sure, keep calling for your own disarmament. While people like you beg the government to disarm the citizenry the government is giving more and more military equipment and training to more and more government agencies to enforce more and more laws using threats of force and violence against the people. Soon the government will have a true monopoly on violence.

But you can totally trust the government to always do the right thing and protect you and your rights (hah!).

Nobody is taking my guns. Definitely not the problem. Nice comment !

But isn't it a police that shot the victim? So even if you ban guns for civilians, the police will have guns right?

I am not American so I am not fully sure on how things are over there.
