A Stranger came to greet us and other photos!
He said; "Meeeeow, I hope you new guys here will have many treats for me"!
We moved into our own new place and this little friendly guy was the first to come and welcome us. Fortunately our little jealous dog "Troy" was already inside the house, else there would have been a battle royal. Troy even barks at a butterfly if it comes too close to me, as he has claimed me as his own possession hahaha.

With all of the unpacking and sorting of boxes, there wasn't much time to explore and my first job was the fix the plumbing of the shower. After spending in a rental that had only a bath, I was dreaming of a nice hot shower and last night was like heaven on earth under my first hot shower in a long time.
I can't spend much time here in steemit, as much work still needs to be done, but at the same time I try my best to keep our blog and my responsibilities here going.

Healthy welcoming committee Stephen, small garden to maintain in your new little piece of paradise, have fun with the plumbing!
Showering is definitely way on top of the hit list, wallowing in a bath is not my idea of enjoyment either.

Plumbing was done on the first day and we showered that night. I think it was Wednesday.
The old lady that lived here passed away and the shower had a seat and only hand held spouts in it. So I did some improvements by installing a new overhead shower head. Believe me that it was sheer bliss to shower again.
I am sure that we will be happy here and I posted a good couple of shots that I took today. In between the unpacking of course, as our truck with my tools also arrived today.
