That is so sad when something dies when it just trying to get a drink! I have rainbarrels that have a bit of a lip on them which the bees will get a drink if there is water on it. Often there is not water there and I'll find one drowned in the water right in the barrel. I might have to keep a special water dish out for the bees for we seem to attract a lot of them to our year.
It would be marvelous to have

a world where supreme care is taken of all life, where the waters are fresh and clean, without trash clogging the systems. Where the oceans are protected and bulk fishing is banned.
Where mankind takes responsibility for managing the earth for the futures sake!
