#OneLoveDTube IPFS Uploader & Hosting Services - D00k13 Digest #181
What up my Steemians, welcome to the @D00k13 Digest, bringing you the pride and joy of the #OneLoveDTube community. The IPFS Node Hosting Services and the IPFS Node Uploader are just two of the projects we have on the go to help support our DTube creators while also supporting DTube’s video file hosting network known as IPFS. With these two services you can upload despite what happens to the main nodes and your videos remain playable forever. Another benefit is quicker load times with multiple sources, IPFS works like torrents more nodes quicker streaming capabilities. If your interested please stop into our discord and speak with either @Techcoderx or @Graylan they are in charge of this project.
We also have a webpage started which is also the uploader I am using for this video, from mobile in Safari!

I agree with you 100%. I joined #onelovedtube about 3 weeks ago and it’s been a game changer for me. @graylan has been so forthcoming with noobie type support and uploading has been a breeze. Any questions I’ve had have been answered thoroughly and quickly. They work together well as a team to give great support. I’m glad I seen a comment @nathanmars made referring a creator to them. I asked a question in a discord channel about the ifsp servers and Graylan came along and answered. I’m happy with the service and to have new friends. They are all about the growth of community and helping. I’m glad I was connected with them otherwise I was starting to get discouraged about lack of interaction and information. Research is one thing, connecting with others has given me progress and a confidence I needed. Ok, I said enough! Thanks for posting this!

So you mean that the other videos that we upload have am expiration period?
DTube deletes old videos to free up their servers. By using our uploader your videos goes straight to the public IPFS network without involving DTube's servers at all, bypassing server downtimes and encoding queues.
Your videos will remain playable as long as it exists in the network (which can be forever)

Keep up the good work buddy and I’m currently thinking of few ideas to commenting easier for our community
Interesting, I used dtube and only noticed my payouts shrink, first video back to youtube and 5,400 hits & posted on steemit for all rewards? I just never saw support for the little folks... maybe if there were a UA score or some method to get support for all as taking 25% rewards without any support is driving some back to youtube... is there a solution?
Just start posting content and create comments at the same time and I’ll support your work.
Now the percentage rewards is 10% and we’re continuously working on improving everything!

Solved my problem by adding 240 & 480 hashes from a additional upload in the standard DTube Uploader it seems my phone is set for 480p 😅

I believe that the main selling point of these two services are "videos remain playable forever"
I'll talk to @Techcoderx and @Graylan to find out the future plans of this project and how we can make a business model around this service.

That was exactly the problem we set out to solve along with the ability to still upload when the main player is having troubles.
With this video I proved it works on mobile end it was a very quick and seamless process to get my video uploaded and submitted.
To be completely frank this video is long overdue! Thank you for your support my friend.
