My issues are weight loss and healthy food and water. I come from the us, and though I am not there now, these re the issues I work on. The food in the us is quite toxic unless you make great efforts to eat a healthy diet. This is why 80% of Americans are now overweight or obese and many are very ill as well. The water supply is also not good in many places and that makes people even sicker. If I can do anything to improve these areas, I will try it.
