If you were to google it then by now you will find it maybe in about 3 or 4 places, many other use it as 0.02 since that is the value a 100% vote takes and the formula is the rate or worth in vests from what I can surmise.

Even if they did I assume it would be a choice unlike with esteem. I guess all fair and square give the people their tith. It is not like steem has any benefits such as site traffic or anything like that for these applications. The watch an advert if you like approach is ok unless you live in some god forsaken country which is them all but this one she is actively pissing on people. Maybe they like it.
