RE: Steemph.cebu's Community Question #13 : "Unsay Natabang Kanimo sa Steemit sa imong Personal na Kalambuan?"

Sorry in advanced for the nosebleed...

Wisdom is the totality of our personal experiences and knowledge, which leads us to make good judgments in our day to day actions. Since wisdom is fundamentally based on one's personal experience, then it dictates, that one can only become wiser by failing, and learning form one's mistakes. We are not perfect in any way, and thus we can only improve our selves by making mistakes along the way. After all, we learn nothing if we succeed at everything we do, every single time - this only makes one arrogant. We learn by trying new ways, until we find one that works for us, for a particular situation. After all, it has been said countless times, that Thomas Edison did not discover one way to make an electric light bulb, he learned thousands of ways that did not work.

Since wisdom is based upon our failed experiences and our ability to learn from them, then we all can develop our own geniuses, by taking a leap of faith, trying new things until you find something that clicks. And if we make mistakes along the way, we learn from those mistakes - that's what helps us to improve.

We can also improve through open collaboration among one another. This means that we should not fight for that next big vote, rather we should work towards a common goal of providing something - selflessly - for the betterment of the community as a whole.
