An interesting question, to be sure @bobaphet.
And a question humanity has been discussing for a really long time, but usually we get caught up in superficial observations.
Seems to me that if there are truly seven billion people on Earth, then there are seven billion realities. All of them are equally real — and not-real — at the same time. Don't mean for that to sound like a cop-out, but it seems the closest to any kind of "general" truth.
Which begs the next question: "What is Truth?"

I like the underlying principle of your thinking. I agree, if there are 7B people, then there should be 7B realities, that is out gift to creation, our uniqueness. However, with the mass social conditioning, too many just accept a state sanctioned, pre-packaged reality, rather than accept their own.
