Some cool art on 1st Ave and 1st Street

I have shared quite a few posts of Some of the Art on Display at the first Street Green in the Bowery area of Manhattan, and have more to share but for this post I thought I would share a couple of shots of some fun art near the Green on 1st Ave and 1st Street

Now I find this piece of art so cool and fun, an interesting take, with what Itake to be Paddington Bear flying on a duck, th eonly concerning thing is he seems to be loosing his cap, I hope he is able to recover it.

And this one of Mickey Mouse they seem to have gone for a 3D effect, which ios pretty cool but I did wonder if I was needing new glasses when I first saw it LOL

I hope everyone's week is starting well, I waas at work today and it was a hectic day which I love as it makes the work day go so much faster, witht he stitches in my back however the train riide to and from NYC seemed a lot longer than normal, but its feeling good and healing well.

And since I have been complaining about the cold I must say its nice we arer having a few days of nice warmer weather it even got as high as 57F today which I must say was very pleasant

Even with you saying that I thought for a while I might have been seeing double vision. What an incredible picture.

I didn't go outside today, but we did get what looked like some cold fluffy snow, so I'm assuming we didn't get above 30 today. Send some of the 50s back our way it would be much appreciated!

The 50s have gone sometbut clearly not you way the next few days will be in the low 30s here with some snow coming tomorrow I want the 50s back lol

These are great! Always love Micky but the bear in flight was a treat. Such detail and I love the blue, blue sky :) Hope your stitches are healing nicely. Glad to hear it's warming up a bit!

Thanks, I cant wait to get the stitches out on Friday and be done with this one LOL

Well it did warm up for a bit and then dropped back to freezing and some snow and icy rain coming tomorrow glad I can stay in and not have to deal with it :)

Thanks I am looking forward to gettthe stitches out on Friday
Watching to see how much snow we will get tomorrow if it looks like it’s going to be icy snow I may take a sucky I do not want to risk pulling my stitches

I got to say the first picture is rather interesting to say at least. A man with bears head, flying on a duck... hahaha The artist sure had some inspiration to draw this one.. Or he had some help from narcotics and that is actually what he was seeing? hehe jk Interesting piece of art in any case.. haha
