in as much as I love the steam train I won't recommend having it in the Philippines
almost everything there already run in diesel
well, if they could come out with one that still sends out steam without using coal and diesel then way to go Digong!
The Philippines needed some added form of transportation and the pollution is the least of their worries as it needs to develop itself first before going greener.
