I would so eat that!!
The smell of mushrooms must be amazing while cooking. Like Christmas! We use lots of dry mushrooms (picked and dried in the fall) in Christmas dishes.

Sort:  

I used to dry a lot of mushrooms for the winter. Now I began to boil and freeze more often. But there are also dried ones. They have different tastes and aromas

We mainly dry. Some my mum boils.. usually the very small ones that can be put in a jar whole. Some get pickled.
We don't have big freezer so none of those.

I had to buy a second refrigerator and put it in my room. This year we had few mushrooms. My fridge is half empty :-)
