First Banff VisitsteemCreated with Sketch.

We moved to Canada in January in the middle of the harsh winter.

It was brutal. A lot of snow and for a short period temperature fell to minus 35 degrees Celsius.

In normal countries, we have freezers tho.

Never in my life before or after winter, I didn't crave for the summer that much.

All the time we were talking about Banff National Park and finally, in August of 2012, we visited it.

We were impressed and enjoyed every minute spent there.

Can you find them?

You can't miss these in the town of Bannf.

But better be careful in the Banff National Park.

I'm trying to avoid C word today.

Could you imagine if we could hibernate like bears and wake up when Crypto winter is over?

Ups! I used a C word again.

Sorry.

Have a great weekend.

@oldtimer, I've seen already you reached with the nature and then captured most fascinating images and then sharing to your followers. It's great thing. First one very calm. The mountains looks elegant. Ohhh you caught deer crossing point.

Beautiful landscape!!!...

Bad boy! Put a dollar into the swear jar!

I put steem if it counts.

Have to put like four of those...

Banff town looks so beautiful.

Can’t beat Canada and the Canadian Rockies for Beauty. Super pics!

Is this Lake Louis in the first image? I was in Banff (and many other places) in 2007 - sooo beautiful!!

People laugh at me because I spend the Winter's in England, but it's southern England and compared to my area of New England in Winter, it might as well be Florida.

I actually stayed in New England last winter and regretted it. We had more snow and ice and freeze then we have had in 25 years! So suffice it to say , I booked my plane tickets that winter for this one, and I'm happily enjoying the English rain and 50 F (sorry hard for me ever to get my American head round Celsius) to freeze and snow. Although, today we have sun and it's quite warm, comparatively. I always say, it's all about perspective.
