Today I went outside to hunt down some spiders! Fall is starting to set in and for this is always the best time to find them! In all honesty, you trip over them right now! They are taking over the cities and countries! Just kidding ofcourse!
They do say that the spider season is about to start but I always say that is just bullshit! The fact that you see them more in fall is because: One they are fatter because they have been eating all Summer and two the bushes and greens become thinner making the hide-outs easier to spot!

I am looking forward to my little walks outside the coming weeks! So many different spiders to spot! I wish they had numbers so I could write them down in my little book. My partner is a planespotter and I am kinda jealous of his enormous lists and pictures!

The above picture is sharp on the web and that is what I wanted! Trust me, it was not easy to get this shot! It looks like I am not even close to the web but I am almost touching it!

@poeticsnake, Good to hear that you really like to explore the nature, and this time went to explore the spider.
And yes, some people find Spiders as creepy but in my opinion every creature is amazing in it's own way and it hold unique ability.
And sometimes it's great to watch spiders because, exploring how these prepare these kind of traps, is an enthusiastic subject.
And in my opinion sometimes exploring nature and it's creature is vital because whatever we see, everything hold the learning aspect.

I like spiders ^^ ... Actually, I have a soft spot for all the misunderstood animals, which include sharks, bats, snakes, black cats, etc
You reminded me of my forest from my final two years living in South Africa. It was a mini-forest which had pathways going through it everywhere... You'd be walking along quite happily when suddenly this appeared right in front of your face:
Needless to say, I'd nearly wet myself with fright, hehe. I quickly learnt to be much more vigilant... They had the habit of spinning their webs overnight, between two trees, and it just so happened that sometimes a pathway ran between said trees.
I might have a soft spot for them but I don't want that little guy on my face, thank you very much.
