WELCOME TO ANOTHER SATURDAY OF BEAUTIFUL COLORS!

in #photography6 years ago (edited)
I am preparing this post the day before and will upload it early on Saturday (my time). I have to rent a truck to haul some tile and they do not take reservations. So I will be up and out the door early and then spend the moving tile. It is a lot of tile so by the time I finish I will be exhausted.

I want to let you know that I have a lot of users Muted for many reasons. I do not see what they comment when they are muted, here or as a reply to my comments left on other's posts. In the event you do not have them blocked you may see them. I know recently on WeKu there was someone being negative and obnoxious. He got muted. I am sure he did not use his Steemit name, although it is seems he got over to WeKu by following someone's referral link. You need to know that if someone is being discourteous, obnoxious or whatever please just mute them.

This first flower is one of my African Violet house plants. I may have posted other photos of it but this photograph I just took. I think it is the perfect first photograph for this post:

This next one came up in a potted plant. Most likely planted by a mouse or ground squirrel. It did not get very big, yet has its own beauty:

This next photo is of a lily that was in a bouquet of flowers my wife received on her birthday.

Fall is upon us. We do not have all the fall cour changes like in some areas, but we do have a some. This first one is a Locust tree. It is the last tree to leaf out in the Spring and the first to change color and drop leaves in the Fall. I took this shot standing under an arbor:

Here is one of my young apple trees which is changing color as well:

I will close with a photograph of one of my Calendula. I debated using this flower or the pink African Violet as my first photo. It was a difficult choice. This one is a different shade than most of what I grow. She is just opening:

I trust you will have a wonderful weekend. I will get to commenting and upvoting those comments on Sunday. After moving as much tile as we are I will be looking for a hot tub to soak in when I get finished on Saturday.

Do not forget you can also view more of my work on WeKu. There are photographs posted there that may not have been used on steemit. My referral link is: https://deals.weku.io/pick_account?referral=r2cornell

I am using a Canon EOS Rebel T5 for all of these photographs, except where noted. Most of my floral photographs I am using a Marco-lens that came with my camera.

Upvotes and resteem are always welcome. In the event anyone wants to use one of my photos please ask and give me credit.

There are not many on WeKu that are muted. Many on Steemit. I do not see their comments once muted.

Thank you with regards the flowers. The African Violets are shiny when taken with such a close-up.

We moved over 9000 kilograms of tile yesterday. Sure glad I had a little help. I was exhausted by the end of day. Part of my shop is filled with 5 pallets.

I love your pictures. Very nice.

That so nice way to spend your Saturday

Thank you very much.

Your flowers looking so good , look like you are taking good care of them

Thank you very much.

Beautiful Photography dear.
Keep up good work.

Good morning @ r2cornell, this photograph is beautiful., Of course my favorite.

I like small white dots, they look like pearls adorning more their beauty.
Looking at it, I think of those moments when I organize myself, I do not use so many ornaments, but if I am very careful with my personal grooming, I always use soft perfumes, that is why the people who approach me feel very well and me too.

Thank you very much. And thank you for sharing

Awesome Photography.

Hi @r2cornell the African Violet has that shine and color naturally? i mean the color is simply smooth and the shines in its leaves are really unique, about weku it's just work and share each person will get what they share. Regards

Yes what you see is what came out in the Macro-photograph. The only thing I do with editing is center things and add my logo. It is taken in natural lighting as well. I have a blue one that I have posted in the past. I may re-post that one again or take another photograph.

I love pink colors flowers very much

Please check my profile sir

Just living is not enough... one must have sunshine, freedom, and a little flower. .I love flowers. As a gift its awesome..
