RE: Photography was for the birds today!
It is VERY accurate and hits hard, but it is a stove pipe! It will be a good hunting weapon, it will shoot gravel, so it is long term useful....I plan to use it with swan shot if I have to drop back to that level.

sir smithlabs! so you load the shells yourself? how's that work, with blackpowder you load your own?
It is a Muzzle loader so I even have to make my own wadding from shoe boxes with a round punch. Each charge is made up at the time it is loaded. One ounce of shot, with one ounce of black powder, separated by wadding is a good load.
Six .32 diameter balls, with a .625 diameter ball on top, with six more .32 diameter balls; separated from the charge by wadding, with double wadding on top to retain the lead, is a great load!

jeez! what a hassle. I guess you better make each shot count.
Not to bad when you get used to it. It is also a double barrel shotgun, so it is serious....

oh! for some reason I didn't think a muzzle loader would be a double barreled affair!
Most are not, I told you it was a fun toy, LOL! I have had offers of $1500 for it, but I enjoy it more than that, ROFLOL! Besides I may need it as a tier two asset.
