I smiled with recognition reading this, @Tarazkp, as one who forgets their wedding anniversary, regularly. (In my defense, we have 3: civil, when we eloped, religious, to appease the girl, and party, when we announced it to friends & fam).
But, like you, I’m lucky my wife is understanding & doesn’t put too much emphasis on such things. Best gift is to be kind and considerate all year & maybe a little extra on Special Daze 💝
