Self doubt can undermine everything you do, and all of your relationships. (And yes this is from personal experience.) If you are caught up in fear of failure and other emotional wastelands, there is typically very little emotional energy left to give to others. And if you can’t nurture relationships, they can’t thrive. So we really owe it to ourselves and to others to try to move past self doubt.
