Ugh the truth hurts... The moment you talked about responsibility my gut turned tail and ran, but you are absolutely right about that. And facing more situations where this is mattering more and more, as opposed to sitting in the sidelines pointing at others. Driving to action. Nicely done.
When truth hurts I always think that those are our stubborn synapses braking in our brains so we can form new ones :)
