This is a good publication, really interesting, and that goes to the point. I think several of the points you raise are valid, blaming the victim is wrong, it is also negative that parents use guilt to manipulate their children, and it is also quite negative that the social condition does not allow people to expose Perpetrators, there is so much to be done in this society, unfortunately it seems that all this does nothing but increase.
