Dashi Soup

Cooking Period: 10 Minutes
Total Cooking Period: 15 Minutes
Ingredients
one and quarter cups water
one (two inch) konbu square
two and half tablespoons soy sauce
two tablespoons mirin
one tablespoon sake
Instructions:
Fill water into a large sized frying pan. Drop konbu into the water. Bring to a simmer; the water will start sucking in the essence of the konbu. Put soy sauce, mirin, and sake. Simmer, tasting from time to time, about five minutes. Eliminate konbu and let cool completely. Fill into a bottle, seal, and store inside a refrigerator. Use as soon as possible.

Hey there! I think your recipes are cool. A feedback though, would it be possible to put a picture of the food itself? I'm so confused because in some posts there is a picture of Sashimi, when it's a chicken dish.
