Nice design. Modern open entrance. Looks like a monolith. I like the way the windows are large at the top and fade away going to the bottom. Avoids the steel and glass rectangular boring skyscraper. Sepia gives it an elegant look. And yeah I think they were probably working with a design requirement for no windows on bottom floors
You summed up the design so well, it looks so much better than the original building did but I dont think I have any shots of that one
