Fantasy players, some rewards are starting to trickle into the prize pool!

@mellofello is a monster and sent me his donation share (1.88 STEEM), and I added on my share from my posts whose rewards have come in:

Any time you see the 'sff2018' tag on a post, it means the liquid rewards from that post will be donated to the league prize pool.

And as always, you can look at the 'savings' part of my wallet to see the current prize pool.

Hopefully we can run it up and have a nice prize.

Our original buy-ins were in SBD, but the rewards trickling in are in STEEM. So the prize pool will end up being a mix of STEEM and SBD. (Personally, I like the mix. But if people want to convert to one or the other we can discuss that.)

TONITE it's my very own Julio Jones going up against Nick Foles and the Philadelphia Eagles.

@misterhorse seems to have recently dropped Nick Foles .. I'm not sure why you'd drop the reigning Super Bowl MVP 🤷🤷 but hopefully it works out for you, horse.

Other shenanigans right now are that Le'Veon Bell is caught up in a high stakes game of chicken with the Steelers organization, and it's bugging the heck out of @kitzchris and could put a dent in his week 1 lineup.

It's looking increasingly likely that Bell will not play, but hopefully won't miss much more than the one week. Fantasy gaming is just a brutal sport sometimes.

watching without cable

I might break down and buy cable for a few months. But I don't have that set up yet. It seems like Thursday night games are broadcast by Amazon Prime video.

So I feel like I'm okay for tonite and can procrastinate a couple more days.

There are so many choices. A wise man once told me that he likes Trader Joe's because you don't have to deal with the choices. They have the one ketchup, the one dill pickle, the one of everything.

I don't know if I want DirectTV or cable or Fubo. If I can angleshoot free trial after free trial, use Vanilla Visa if need be, or if they notice at some point. It's all just a lot.
