I use it everyday for my food account but I would like to say this. To me it is not about getting more current steemit members to use it. It is absolutely the "killer" app to grow this community. Using it for outreach to bring instagram influencers into our community is the way to grow both. It is a no brainer as a marketing tool and in turn those instagram users will be the ones who use share2steem the most.

With the account creation system in place, we will soon begin active promotion on external networks.
We still need to improve a bit the user experience and put in place some features we think are necessary before trying to onboard a lot of new users for whom Steem is totally unknown.
But I agree with your assessment, we're just trying to retain current users and attract new Steemian users / delegators before everything is ready to start external "recruitement".
It is for sure the game changing app for steem. It will catch on. Instagram influencers don't make as much on instagram as we think. We need to encourage them to link up and see what happens in their steemit wallets.
