we have many, many happy customer. But we also have a few customers that are plagiarising content and/or trying to abuse Smartsteem.com

In that case, our Terms of Service (smartsteem.com/tos) are activated. Which sometimes includes restricting refunds in case of extreme abuse.

But as long as you're playing by the rules and publish content that you've created yourself, you will always receive what you're paying for!
