SPIRITUAL FOOD 4 THOUGHT - SEAL JUDGEMENTS IN REVELATION?

in #spirituality5 years ago

Not even close.

It is a very common misconception that the seals spoken of in Revelation 6 and 7 are seal "judgements" of God's end-time wrath. Unfortunately, this is far from the truth.

By considering just one verse, Revelation 6:10, we can find irrefutable proof that these seals are NOT the judgement of God. This subject goes much, much deeper, but I just wanted to share a little bit about the flawed eschatology that is commonly believed these days.

I like your video and i think i will follow the youtube channel, i am agnostic but interested in spiritual stuff

Wow, thanks so much for that. I think everyone has a curiosity or interest on some level. I just try to take things seriously and see what is revealed.

Almost everything we've ever been told to believe in the realm of eschatology is probably false...aka..."the wisdom of this world." Personally, I just think we should all be prepared for the worst and hope (and pray) for the best.

Amen to that. I like to hope for the best, plan for the worst, and end up somewhere in between.

Well said, papa.

No, they're judgments from God. The Lamb, who is Jesus, opens every seal.

Of course. So then, what is the "Fifth Seal Judgement?"

You've probably never considered this, but what if it is the scroll (or book) that contains the actual wrath of God? Could the seals be things that must happen prior to the unleashing of God's end-time wrath?

Seriously, if you ever actually replied to a comment left on your comment, now would be a good time... What judgement takes place here?

God has great mercy and is slow to judge slow to anger. I could see Him waiting longer. In that respect it does make sense. Yes I think there is a lot that is misunderstood with regard to the Bible. Thanks for sharing @papa-pepper.

People fail too to make the distinction between seals, trumpets, and bowls.
The seventh seal marks the transition to trumpets. The bowls are full of God's wrath as it says in Revelation 15:7 and 16:1.

All it takes it allowing scripture to speak for itself. Good post brother.

Thanks Brother!

Listened to your video a couple of times, everything you said makes sense.

It also reminded me of what my dad used to say on the topic (& may he rest in peace):

"God will let humans do whatever they want to do, yet when we go too far with our arrogance gets to a point that has pushed it too far he will make sure that things are put back into place......"

Likewise, your video, reminded me of another video sent to me not all that long ago:

It relates events to the scriptures, yet no matter if anyone agrees or not with this "interpretation", it confirms your words and my dads words.

I fear that the arrogance of man can only be taken care of like it was taken care of in various stories of the old testament.

PS. I personally was in "Babylon" and that story came to mind many a time, just like the relative nature of that place to the stories in Revelations 6 and 7.

Applaud your efforts to get people thinking!

Cheers.

Thanks man! I appreciate the encouragement and glad to hear that you are thinking.

Keep posting the truth brother!
