Need More Recall

Yesterday, before going to sleep, I watched videos about lucid dreaming for a few hours. I found one particular video that's named: Step By Step Tutorial SSILD: Senses Initiated Lucid Dream

Basically, this video explain how to have lucid dreams by doing this SSILD technique. As I was going through the video, I realized that I kinda have been doing this method already!

Yeah, without even realizing, I was almost doing every step that's explained in the video.

When I wake up after 4-6 hours of sleep, I always lay still and focus on what I see, hear and feel. I never force anything and I just observe.

Then I go to sleep. That being said, I wasn't doing it 100% correctly. Well, at least up until recently. I always kept on trying out different things and I never focused on what I see, hear and feel for longer than 10 seconds, LOL.

Only recently I have started to observe these sensations a bit longer. Kinda just meditating in bed. And that's why I have way more success in becoming lucid.

After watching this video, today I did all the steps correctly without any flaws and I became lucid again! But.... My dream recall is still shit...

I really try not to focus on this poor dream recall, because the more you focus on something, the more you attract of it, because you're telling your subconscious mind that this is what you want.

But seriously, it's kinda annoying that I can't remember most of the stuff that happens in my dreams, because I become lucid, but I don't know what I did there...

Anyway, at least I do recall some details. It's better than nothing, but I want way more!

Regular dream

Well, today I've had some hardcore dreams... I don't think I've ever dreamt of anything like this so it's kinda weird for me. I was not sure if I should even talk about these experiences, but I'm always trying to be real so here goes!

My memory begins when I was in a room with 3 girls. All of those girls were naked and they wanted to fuck with me! Reverse gangbang, huh?

For some reason, I didn't wanna do it! I was trying to resist them. My recall wasn't strong here, so I just have images of boobs, asses, basically naked bodies in my head. LOL.

Then I remember when one of the girls was looking for her bag or something. She couldn't find it, but I think I actually took the bag and put it somewhere for fun, so she would keep on looking.

Next, I don't know if this was the same dream, but now it was a different scenery. I was living in a house with a lot of friends. I was happy as fuck with those guys!

But... Suddenly, everyone just disappeared. They were gone and I couldn't find them. The mood of this dream quickly changed to depressing.

Even the colors. Everything was so bright and colorful when I was with those people. When they disappeared, it wasn't colorful anymore. Everything was almost black and white.

Then, I recall being in a taxi. I was going somewhere and I was still thinking about those guys that disappeared. Then I woke up naturally after 4 hours of sleep without the need of alarm clocks. Yay!

First lucid experience

When I woke up, I stayed awake for like 8 minutes or something like that and then I got comfortable on my back and stayed still.

I did the SSILD technique for 5 minutes. I focused on what I see, what I hear and what I feel in my body.

Later, I fell asleep. I was dreaming about something and I just got lucid automatically! I didn't even have any questions if this is a dream or not. I just knew and that's all, because I suddenly gained this strong awareness.

When I said that my dreams were quite hardcore today, I wasn't only talking about the first dream...

I was with a guy and a girl. We went to my house... And guess what... Threesome!

Source

Yep, we both fucked that girl. I can't believe this... I was lucid, but when we got to the part where we were "making babies", I kinda went with the flow.

I mean, It's hard to explain, but it's almost like you lose the lucidity, but you're still kinda there.

It went on for a while, and then we decided to change positions. This is where I felt a feeling so real, I couldn't even believe I actually felt it in a dream.

When we changed positions, the girl got on top of me and she was super HOT. I mean, it was almost like she was on fire or something, LOL.

Apparently, it was really hot inside the house. But, the feeling when her body was on top of my body... Gosh, it felt so fucking real, it's unbelievable!

I told her to open the door cuz I'll die from this heat. She got up and opened the door. When she came back, I just opened my eyes in my real body... I just woke up!

Second lucid experience

My second lucid experience was the same like my third lucid experience from yesterday... It was emotional only!

I mean, I couldn't remember anything... But it's really weird, because when I fell asleep again after the first lucid experience, I think I became lucid instantly.

I know for sure that I was lucid for a while and I did a lot of things. I can't tell you how, but I know. There's absolutely no memory of what I did, but I did something. The feelings somehow transfer, but memory doesn't.

Anyway, I was lucid up until I woke up. Right when I woke up, I realized that I can't remember shit, but I knew I was lucid.

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO", I thought to myself when I opened my eyes.

"Why can't I remember what just happened, I know I was lucid just a second ago".

It was simply so weird, because when you know that something just happened and you can't recall even a single detail...

I'm ending this post here. At the end of each post I'll include my first post (down below) about this journey as it explains why and how I'm doing this! (Full Post Here)

I Will Be Doing This Every Day!

The main reason I want to start lucid dreaming, is for self improvement.

I've been reading a lot about it and studies have shown that you can actually improve certain abilities by doing it in your dreams.

For example, if you wan't to learn a foreign language, you can practice it in your dreams. Since you're working with your subconscious mind while you're sleeping, you might find out that you know words that you were never aware of while conscious.

It's really all up to your creativity to what you wanna learn and improve upon in your dreams. Is it basketball that you want to become better at? You can do that!

Do you want to become a better fucker? Nobody is holding you back! Just make a nasty slut appear in front of you and do whatever you want with her!

Apparently while sleeping, the neural pathways engaged in the activity are strengthened, and not only imagined or visualized.

To achieve lucid dreaming, a lot of action has to be taken. Well... Some find it really easy to lucid dream, but most have to achieve it the hard way.

It's really important to think about lucid dreaming throughout the day. This way you're telling your subconscious mind that this is what you're focusing on and what you want, thus it gives you the access to control the dream world.

There are quite a few things I will be doing in order to achieve this goal!

  1. So, first of all, I will be posting my whole lucid dreaming journey here on Steemit every day.

  2. I will be writing down all of my dreams on a journal. A dream journal is basically essential if you want to achieve lucid dreaming.

  3. I will do at least 30-50 reality checks every day.

  4. Have a sleeping rhythm. That means I will be going to sleep at the same time every night. I'll also wake up at the same time every morning as well.

  5. I will also experiment with some techniques to induce lucid dreams.

  6. I won't look at any screens (computer, TV or even phone) 30-60 minutes before bed, because I've read that this helps a lot. For those 30-60 minutes I will be meditating.

  7. Talk, read and think about lucid dreaming constantly.

  8. Occasionally I will listen to lucid dreaming binaural beats and hypnosis.

  9. I will use an app called Awoken. This app is designed to help you achieve lucid dreaming. It reminds you to do reality checks throughout the day and it has a dream journal, which is where I will be writing down all my dreams when I wake up.

  10. I will experiment with the supplement called Dream Leaf, I already ordered it and I will use it when it arrives. I will take it only once or at most twice every week to see if it changes anything about my dreams and the ability to become lucid.

Tracking All My Progress!

So, like I've mentioned before, I will be tracking all my progress and I'll be posting about it every day here on Steemit.

Also, after I achieve lucid dreaming, I won't stop posting about my experiences for some time still.

When I achieve my goal, I will be writing down a lot of experiences that I have inside the dream world, and I'll experiment if it's actually possible to improve real life skills while sleeping.

I set a personal goal to achieve lucid dreaming within 30 days starting today. I'm really excited and hopefully I'll be able to do that even faster than 30 days!

This is not the first time I try to achieve lucid dreaming, but I never took it seriously and I was too inconsistent, so I never even came close to becoming lucid.

But this time I'm gonna SMASH it and record the whole journey on this blockchain!

UPDATE: I achieved lucid dreaming for the first time on day 12

Oh @trendo...keep going sweetheart, because lucid dreaming is the first step. It is my opinion (based on my own experiences) that working to de- calcify your pineal gland will enhance your natural abilities quicker...

Yes, I believe that also! I've always been intetested in the pineal gland since I've started meditating.

I've just read that someone else has taken offense to your description of your lucid dreaming sexual experiences.
It's part of lucid dreaming and can be some of the best sex you'll ever have in your life. Good for you for having the courage to share and discuss that this phenomenon even exists. Most will never train their minds enough to get the point that you have reached and therefore won't likely ever be able to relate to the intensity of the experience. Setting the intention that you want to achieve before you sleep is important. There is a fine line between achieving pleasure and terror. Look to the lore around succubus and the science around sleep paralysis.

Yeah, sexual experiences are natural and I don't see a reason why I should censor out such experiences from my blog. I wanna openly talk about everything that I experience while on this journey, so that my readers could have an idea of what to expect if they decide to do this as well!

I stopped in your post when I saw the topic Lucid Dreaming. Because it is one my of my interest and I saw also Lucid dream. But actually to be honest I didn't like your way to explain your dream and all your hot activities.. It is a very special and private thing and you explained everything with details and used so many word "fuck" You could cover your post with a mature way. I find your post very unethical..

Like I've said, I'm keeping it real here and I'm talking about everythig freely. This is a decentralized platform, so I can keep it as open as I want.
