Every one want to build muscles by either loosing weight or by gaining weight. Hard luck with the hard-gainers is that they have access to less information which guide them to gain weight. Other consider them lucky as they have to gain weight which is an easy task according to others but according to them this is more challenging.

While try to gain weight beginners often do some common mistakes. Let's try to find out what those mistakes are and how to avoid them. First mistake they often make that they do not make a proper diet plan which is most important for gaining weight even though there goal is to just eat more number of calories. They should try to add more calories per meal gradually adding them at once will have negative impact on there efforts to gain weight.

You need some kind of ready made meal after regular interval, you can't keep yourself away from food for longer period of time if you want to eat more you have to eat more number of times than eating for just three times a day.

Another common mistake is more exertion of energy than intake. If you want to gain weight than you must not do more cardio than the amount of calories you take in a day. Always try to do less cardio than the amount of calories you take to gain weight.
