useful information. i did heard about the steembasicincome but i am not so much clear about their function. Suppose i send 1 STEEM with a link of another user's in memo, then do i get a upvote from steembasicincome forever? is that like so?
Yes than you both get a share and a upvote forever. But be sure to know that with one share for instance the upvote is a cent (each time)
