Notice the massive drop in price at the earliest stages of Steem.
Tether was a currency used for USD and gained massive traction and a huge audience. In late 2017 they were hacked and the long users of the coin set out on search for a new coin that would fill their needs.
Then this happened…
After staying down for a while, December 2017 hits the market hard.

Great article, and wow after reading your article I checked my wallet and my account has doubled in value in the last 30 days.
It looks like it will be an incredible year for all of the top cryptos because the investment funds will start moving a lot of money into the space and bidding up prices.
Can't wait to see what happens.
I am curious to see how far steemit will go in 2018, along with STEEM & SBD (Which has also skyrocketed!)
This should be the new bitcoin.
