The politically incorrect Steemians community on Discord is not your safe space!
Yesterday we had a long discussion about whale wars and a user who apparently has a lot of Steem Power said to put a bounty on a guy that apparently beat a female friend of him.
The conversation went apeshit at some points, rage & getting back to reason was common. heated discussions that I absolutely enjoyed.
Why I like heated discussions with rage, anger and then calming down? You practice your social skills and it makes you tougher.
Especially people that can not even talk with other people on the internet would highly benefit by joining the group.
They would become better men. Free for all.
Women are of course welcome as well, but be warned, we won't walk on eggshells for you like you are used to by pathetic doormats who think they are men who want to fuck you.
This community is not only a point to network with people without censorship but so far I have the feeling that everyone being a part of this group has become a better man.
Stronger & smarter. And it already feels like I know the people for years.

It’s annoying that some personal emotions can cause harm to other people if the one who is hurt has a power to make a destroying revenge. It doesn’t only and necessary relates to Steemit

My exact reason for leaving Failbook. I still utilize them as a free photo storage company... but I hate the triggered people and robots sent to push agendas that really don't matter until someone with a lot of money and or power makes it an issued. I love the steem community who helps remove such bots and the majority of articles I have read here are sourced and cited fairly well. I have not run into much hate spewing or mudslinging between users here even with politically polarized posts that Crucify others on Twatter and Failbook. Thank you!
This ain't about the Steemit Platform, I don't talk here like I talk on discord. I would get serious downvotes here because people are fragile.
It's not only that - this is a public face so you want to stay off the controversial unless you have a special interest. I have a lot of controversial health topics, but I just don't go there since I can talk about other things that are more apt to draw people in.

Still they hate him for what he says. But I get what you are saying.

That's interesting. I have had some controversial topics involving health and some political positions. The only time I got downvoted was for sharing a referral link. If I see your posts downvoted I will try to mitigate that for ya! I don't think people's opinions if they are voiced in a well put together manner should be downvoted. Stuff like "Git yer guns, them democraps r coming 4 us 2day" I don't think needs a downvote per say... but more of a mute and ignore.

Yikes! I too am in health and share referral links constantly. Also in my other genres of travel and social media skills. I've done it here often and disclose properly. I'm using uncloaked links. This is partly how I make my living.
You are now the second person I have heard about being down-voted for referral links and gives me another reason to worry about this platform. I cannot invite other people to join here with this kind of nonsense.
A follower just asked me for the link again in a comment and i was downvoted by a bot.

No doubt an inherent part of man is being rude and enjoy being like this, how many fights between strangers have not ended in a good friendship? Almost all. I love this kind of mentality especially in these times when it seems that this way of being man is being lost.
I love being part of that community since its inception and I know that every time we will be more :)
