Wonderful message. Intercession is a must for every believer. Our act of interceding for others is the reflection of the love of God in us. How far you have gotten in life may be as a result the help of others, the height you have reach, the levels you have reach and the things you have acquired is as a result of others who have interceded for you. The disciples of Christ were safe because they were kept by him. In life you live to give not to receive. Life is all about giving to others than receiving from others. People who doesn't really wants to give to others are those who cannot be intercessors. From the scriptures, you can see that one of the things that God delights more in is the prayers we pray for other people.
Sometimes to get God's attention you must attend to others first. A person who attends to others get more attention from God than a person who does not. I have discovered that this has been one of the secrets of many men of God. As they attend to others request they get God's attention quickly. The reason why praying for others is one of the best ways to get God's attention is that, it is a form of sacrifice we make to God and sacrifice attracts the attention of God quickly. One of the things we do that touches the heart of God is our sacrifice for others. When we do for others we do unto God.
