Google Sites
A nice platform created by the guys from Google where you can create a website for free. The platform is pretty easy to use and it has plenty of features, you can create websites with one page or more. It allows you to link the website to a real domain that you already own.
Some people might need something simple and cheap (in this case it's free) to host something small, or to start experimenting things. I discovered this while looking for a way to host a Privacy Policy for Android Apps online, and this was a nice surprise from Google.

It is best to avoid Google as much as possible. Everything one does is fed into their system. They are the worst vultures in the data world today. Decentralization needs to take that company out.
