Nice! Effective customer feedback is crucial to business success. I like that the service uses the Net Promoter Score (NPS) instead of Net Satisfaction Ratings to generate customer feedback. After all, this framework seems to be the preference of a lot of Fortune 1000 companies, which says a lot about how effective it is.
I also like that AskNicely has integrations with other content and sales management software like SalesForce. This way, its implementation could be a lot easier and there would be no need to switch mail hosting services, at all.
