Great update. Your revenue plan is sound (and I say this as a retired business consultant). I'm glad to see you able to successfully keep moving forward despite the extended downturn in the market. I only hope the functionality available to you for SMTs is minimally adequate for your needs.
Thanks! The thing is "how" we can accomplish the business goal though. It won't be easy especially when the bearish market continues so long, but we are confident to deliver the result.

That's your standard Business Development in terms of partnerships that can bring in those bounty programs/companies. Or sales if you don't want to take the BD route. Either way your team is strongest, it's a winning revenue model.
