Pros :
- It is a good workout where you can experience body exercises
- You can be your own personal trainer since there is a sample workout guides which can help you perform the correct workout that you need
- It does include 200+ workouts to select from
- It has great functionality and durability
- No need for monthly fees and crowded gyms
- You can even do workout by yourself
Cons :
- No cons that i can see
