Pros:

• Promote the term: "stay" is one of the most interesting Meetup, since most of these groups do not go much beyond being "forums" and give you the real possibility of meeting people. Moreover, when you create a group, you "commit" to having real events in which people get to know each other and face each other.

• It is a good tool to meet communities of people interested in your services / ideas / products near you, if you want to carry out an effective and non-commercial networking.

• From the business point of view, it could be a great platform to launch ideas tests, connecting with influencers and real potential clients.

Cons:

• The impossibility of creating groups with interests that Meetup does not already have collected, or the reality of some groups, in which very few people confirm attendance at the Meetup, or there is little movement in them.

• When you start, it is not a platform with which it is easy to work if you do not know it, and it costs the new user.
