Thanks @bitrocker2020 this might help me with an example of how to modernise HR practises in my oral MBA exam next weekend. I already have the example of 'LaunchPad Interview', an app to do video interviews in your own time - vlogging style. It helps recruiters with changing the old practises of scheduling video interviews, managing delays and dealing with connection issues when using Skype. There are also benefits for the candidate - less pressure as the candidate can use LaunchPad in their own time (just before a set deadline), but has to answer all questions in one-take. It's 30 seconds to view the question before giving a 1 minute 30 second response to the question. There can be multiple questions, but usually 6-8...thus taking less than 15 minutes. Then, the recruiter can view the candidate's responses in their own time. Saves on time and cost too! 😊
