One exercise that we had to do was mingle around the room of 100 people and you had to just stop and look at someones eyes and you could either say 1 of 3 things : -I trust you , I don't know if I trust you, or I don't trust you. The whole point of the exercise is to practice honesty.

That sounds so intense! I think I would most definitely freak when the "I don't trust you" came to mind. But I like that there's a space where you can feel safe and comfortable exercising that type of authentic expression.

I went to something similar here in Austin TX called "Authentic Relating Games". We did a variety of eye contact exercises and games that required you to open up and relate with others. It was a truly profound experience, something that I'd like to do more of.
