Whoever thinks it's easy then i will advise them one thing, nothing is easy and nothing is hard, everything is our efforts, if we just think of upvotes, then possibly it will suppress our work and inturn our potential growth will also suppress because, instead of thinking about the upvote, start posting original content in whatever your strong category is, don't try to impress, try to satisfy yourself because that's really important, and try to engage with people in comments, and if you do this consistently then in future the upvotes will fall in place automatically because that's the power of healthy and genuine engagement and conversation.
