Yes he's not only a scammer, he's a bad one at that. It's up to us to hold one another accountable, and to alert each other to potential dangers/threats. And yes, being conscious and aware and responsible is necessary for upholding truth!

It is worrying what is happening these days, false accounts, hackers. Also look at an account offering fake contests, hope the security can be strengthened, fortunately and thanks to @arcange has done a timely action.

Like the world's dumbest criminal collections that they sometimes have on radio shows, etc., someday soon I'm guessing that there will be a Steemit's dumbest scammers collection as well.
