Two Thousand Steem
Damn guys!! I joined Steemit back in March of 2017...and more than a year later ive seen this platform grow a ridiculous amount! Back in early 2017 it would have been a dream to have all these popular youtubers and other prominent figures here on steemit, and now that is reality. Steem being anywhere in the vicinity of $4 was a long hope and today that number has been breached by more than 100%
Back when I first joined ,there was no Dtube, Dlive, Utopia, Steepshot and now all these platforms have even grown tremendously and each have their own communities.
There was no "Haejin vs Everyone else" feud going on everyday.... its actually hilarious Haejin commented on one of my EARLYYY posts (it was a price prediction for Eth back when it was like $200 or so) and told me to check out his blog because we had made the same accurate prediction. That was back when he had like 100 followers.
I was the 142,624 Account created on the Steem blockchain and today there are nearly 1,000,000 accounts
To sum this post up im very satisfied in the growth of steemit and my reserve of steem which has grown to 2,000. I will be handing out upvotes to all comments describing their experience here, or how they found steemit or where they see steemit in the near future

I discovered STEEM in august 2017, and since then I have an wonderful experience! A friend from the crypto world told me about a blockchain used for social interaction, and I was amazed... Now I think this is one of the most important developments from the Bitcoin creation. Congraz, @positivebalances, for your achievement!
First of all a big congratulations on having achieved this feat. 2000 SP is not a matter of joke.
Secondly, from the day I've met you, I've noticed one thing that you have been very consistent in your work unless your voting power decreases badly. You encourage everyone who comments on your posts and I really really appreciate this.
Secondly, I joined on this platform in August 2017 and from that time onwards my journey has been phenomenal. I have started taking Steemit seriously than ever and now I consider this as one of the main activity in my life. I am very very content and soaked deep into Steemit.
I came to know about Steemit from one of my dear friends @jackorobin and he's the one who could identify the potential in me of writing as I was active on Facebook writing on different topics but without any exposures and that's the time I was introduced here @ Steemit. God bless my friend. I love Steemit.
I feel Steemit will skyrocket. It's just the matter of time. If everything goes fine, we might see Steem price touch $100 soon

I first get to know about steemit in a youtube video .That was probably December, 17.First i thought this is a scam because i didn't knew how cryptocurrency works till then.but later i researched about steemit and found that it is legit indeed. then i opened an account on steemit in March, 18. And still i am with steemit trying to grow myself . i think I will be succeeded soon.

Great story of yours, especially when you mentioned @haejin. At some point Haejin is a steemit celebrity whether you like it or not. Ask any steemien if they know him and you already know the answer. I personally don’t approve of what he does, especially when it comes to curation rewards, which in some way means “ripping off everybody else”. He definately doesn’t get my tiny upvote. I got into steemit platform thanks to Gregory Mannarino. I followed him on YouTube for some time and sometimes in October he started talking about Steemit! I waited few more months, but in December I finaly joined steemit comunity. I’m definitely glad I made this decision. As you mentioned steemit has grown so much and with the upcoming SMT it’s going to grow even more.
Your story becoming steemien is definately encouragement and motivation. I’m on steemit thanks to one of my close friends who became steemien months before me. I’m so glad to be part of this platform. Since then it has already grown so much.
I'm pleased to read your wonderful experience about steemit and know some new. Actually i found steemit at facebook as some of my friends join the platform on December 2017 then they got huge success in a early days then they also invited me to join the best platform steemit. I think before joining steemit i lived in hell. My thoughts one day steemit will be the leader of social network and steem will be the top 10 currency.
Sure Steemit will grow more and more in the future ,Personally, I prefer steemit than facebook or any other platform.
