Why I became a Dolphin!
Its been a long road to becoming a dolphin, I joined this amazing platform in April of 2017 with no blogging skills and terrible grammar skills. I have met so many nice friends here and that is what kept me going!
I know a lot of people that gave up during the bear market we have had in the price of steem. When I noticed that the payouts gave me more steem tokens I could see my steem power going up faster than when steem was a lot higher, that is why Invested more of my time and would buy some on the market each and every week.
WHY POWER UP?
It feels so good to be able to give nice upvotes to people that are less fortunate and work their butts off for a few pennies on their post.
Smart media tokens are soon to be in the spotlight and you can earn them right now by being an early delegater. Some examples are @actifit, @steem-plus, @cleanplanet, @yensesa and so many more!
My advice is finding like-minded people and communities, make tons of good comments and follow the people that acknowledge and appreciate your stopping by there post! When someone leaves a comment on my blog they will get a reply and a little upvote to show them I appreciate them.
When I have time, I like to check out the blogs of my commenters, this has been a great way to help out the people that support me and I find awesome content to curate.
One thing I can say about this platform is that it is always evolving and we have some top-notch developers working in the background that have confidence in Steemit!

I think the lack or RC power for new people is a big problem right now, if anyone knows how to help this, I would help by supporting your project!

Very interesting your post, shortly after entering steemit note how difficult it is to grow, I have a guardian angel who has supported me a lot, but I find it difficult to post and see that it has almost no repercussion, not even a comment, disappoints me and it's harder for me to do the next post. I keep investigating, looking for the key until I can take off a little
It's been a little slower after the fardfork, Just hang in there and keep making fieinds!
@tbnfl4sun thank you so much for feeling our pain on this #RC issue. I had already posted about this issue. In a way, I will say it is also advantageous because it allows us to inculcate the habits of #management and #consciousness and I will add, #seriousness, on this platform early enough (you will see more on this in my post; an old post though ). This #resource #credit issue is felt more when we cannot enjoy the benefits of commenting on accounts like yours and I believe that, you know how newbies value upvotes...smile. We make a #comment and boom!...the error message of no resource credit! Haha! Thank you so much for sharing on this #RC issue .

I feel like this RC problem has to be fixed soon, We need someone to develop some sort of program that lets us share our left over RC. How do they expect people to grow whit this issue?

just keep it going. You'll eventually get there. I'm slowly realizing that I needed to buy some steem via the lumen in order to make some more steem power. Also, submit a post every once in a while to @merlin7; she upvotes you based on how much SBD or steem you send, but she does do what she promises. Helps, too. And, there's daily SBD for life. Not much, but it adds up.
I'm just glad I don't have to depend on Steemit to pay my Bills...
Same here. I don't think it would work. Not in the United States of America, anyway.
