I really like my Santoku knife. It has more of a blade to it, so I wouldn't have to lift the knife as high and I would place the knife farther forward. It's difficult to type on the keyboard when you don't have any fingers so I take steps to increase the odds that I keep them. Thanks for looking out, brother!
