That looks delicious, I have used onion but never thought of adding the lemon like that.
Lemon peel grated with herbs I place under the skin on the breast, salt and spices on the outside, one onion inside as stuffing or a bread crumb stuffing @braaiboy
A recipe I found interesting here in Steemit, pork mince used as the stuffing, never tried that, could make for an interesting variation.
hmmmmmm... Haven't seen or ever thought of trying that before... I'll have to give it a bash.
