Just as I stated in my comment for @looserwin, I think that he have a good idea in his comic, it just that I felt it is lacking of a true understanding of the phrase 'an apple keep the doctor away' for children.

But for an adult to read his comic, it is a great sense of humour. It is funny because it seem to be not logical for a doctor to be scared of an apple 😂.
