Trying not to compare is a HUGE one!!! I remember I didn't have social media for a few months...I didn't realize it, but I was so so much happier because I wasn't subconsiously comparing myself to everyone on instagram and facebook
It is a huge one for me too. Hence the no.1 in the list.
