I want to say that you shared effective view point towards overall Steem Monsters Game Economy and also you made us familiar about the distribution of rare cards and now drop of numbers by 1% and that's good because people will get more chances to get it as per last rate, and it's really effective that the circulation or supply of cards are possibly unlimited and we have to wait and watch how this will moulded in future because we know that limited things hold high value and if supply of cards are unlimited then we have to see how this will impact the value in future.
And you also shared the view point regarding the factors which can help Steemmonsters to grow and in my opinion the most basic but most important aspect is adoption because after some days or months these cards will going to list on exchanges as per what i read in some posts, so if number of card holders will increase then that inturn will push these cards to listing on more exchanges. Let's hope for the best.

The market is always supply & demand. With umlimited cards the price would never be higher than the shop price for Booster Packs.. and long term plummeting with less interest for the game in my point of view. It's very important not just for the profit also for the fun, that there are very rare cards, like hidden treasure chests which player can battle for or trade.
I think there is no way around to restrict the virtual supply for the cards and we'll see that in the next months.
What do you mean with exchanges? Trading is now on steembay and Discord for example where else?
I may be wrong or may be wrongly interpreted one of the posts which i have gone through and in that random post i read that it will list in some exchanges, not sure it's true or as i said may be i misinterpreted it. Thank you for your insights.
