Steemmonsters rewards 1-7 March
I will be the first to admit that I have gotten a bit lazy towards my daily quests this season, especially compared to all of the ones before this. It might be down to a number of factors like the repetitive reward cards, the struggle to move up divisions or the new tournament system. Probably a bit of each.
Still there is profit to be made so I still play away every day even at the lower levels. Since I started tracking my rewards daily I got;
season 1: $8.534
Season 2: $9.994
Season 3: $????
This is my first post from this season So I will track up the rewards so far with an average price taken on the 9th of March.

Going off the average market prices for all of the different rarities of reward card and breaking down those prices we get from the 09/02.

- Rare - $0.057

Summary
This is probably my worst haul of cards to date. I'm playing lower in the gold league so losing a couple of cards every day and have received no legendaries and only 3 epics so far.
On the plus side, prices have all risen slightly when I checked my averages against last season. Hopefully the tournaments can drive up demand a bit for the cards.

Enjoying the tournaments as I got on one last night and placed 2nd for 15 Steem! It has brought a whole new light for me in all honesty! Can’t wait to play some more tonight!

Played a few myself and placed in a couple of them. Nothing huge but a few steem here and there which I always love. Everthing helps to grow the account. There is a big tournament on in about an hour if you haven't seen it. 500 STEEM at bronze level.

I think it’s a good game and the addition of tournaments is s great idea. Think they need to keep adding sons additional perks/game modes in order to keep most people interested. Also the market could use sone more volume so I can sell cards fast if I wanted to. I have just tested the minnowbooster bot to buy and sell but no sales of it cards yet. I think the market is to saturated for many cards. This can be good though of your trying to buy many of a specific card to level it cheaply?

It is a good game and while it can be quiet this whole crypto space can be a bit quiet right now. It will take time, perseverance and a lot more apps to draw in more people. There will be some patience required while we try to attract more people to the system. But once we do the people here now that have been building up SP and building up decks will be well placed to do big things and make some money.
Ya that is my plan. I have been accumulating Steem and powering up at pretty low ptices before the recent jump to .5 I was buying in the low .30s. Ya I Havvd fun with the game so just going to keep playing and building my decks and hopefully I can make sone money eventually on this but either way it’s still fun to play. I’m probably just going to try to figure out a way to get my hands on sone data for the market that I could use to potentially look for good opportunities to buy and sell. Also need to go back and track my basis so I know if I could sell at a price and make a profit. I figure right now is a great time to build everything up and I think Steemit has a good shot over the next few years to gain some more traction and create value for us. Just with the recent price increase my account almost doubled but that’s only on paper for now as I do not plan on exiting my positions anytime soon. Kinda hoping for a quick dip back to say .3 again so I can accumulate at a low price again then. Basically right now I’m just doing everything I can think of to generate Steem and Steem Power.
I do hope so too....my vibe has gone a bit low.
I like the tournaments to be fair. They add a whole new dimension and have a good entry for the bigger ones. Let's watch while it grows.

I don't think that i've used it once. What i wouldn't give to see a gold unicorn for once.
Gold unicorn would be nice. I have played for quite some time, but still never got a gold legendary.
Hope you keep on playing, as I have seen some that are leaving steemmonsters out of frustration, I think. Well I believe it`s still good.
Remember; if a lot of new players come in, even the higland archer can get a better value. I think there can only be about 1000 maxed card of all the reward cards
I'll keep playing since i believe in the project but it does seem to have lost a good few players and value lately. The tournaments are working very well so hopefully they can attract some new players.
A lot of the problem for me is that nearly all of the prizes and winners are shared between a few players at the top. I know that they have put a lot into their decks and supported the game but there needs to be more incentive for lower players to keep them playing as it can be very expensive and slow to get anywhere down at the bottom.

I totally agree. That is why I do quite a bit of giveaways, so that new players see that you can get cards and packs from posts also, not just to play the game, so hopefully we bring more people into steem as well
