Steemmonsters, the art of creating value

I am attempting to write a post, with as limited copy paste as possible.

Who am I

I want to make one thing clear, I am not a blogger. you can fault me for anything. I will not care, but I will listen to advise
I am not naitively an English speaker or writer. Bad excuse, I know. What is even worse is that I do not use a spell checker( English that is), so every word I write has a red marker under it (my native language wants to correct)
I know a spell checker is super easy to add, but maybe I like it this way...... might be a good way to learn ( for some) not everyone is the same.
I have to think and sometimes I use google if I am in doubt of any given word.
Currently I am in top 100 leaderboard of steemmonsters

I am a smal steem person: yes indeed, I never really believed much in steem before. Been one of my smalest crypto holdings, steemmonsters is part of my change of view
So I am gonna power up a little bit 1-2 times a month.
I joined steemit in 2016 Aug, not much has changed with steemit as I see it, but value for me is in the steem blockchain.

what I do

I just want to give something back to the people that play @steemmonsters
And first and foremost, those that just started out
I go on places here in steemit, even sometimes on discord and it happens I discover people playing steemmonsters; saying they are stuck........ for any reason.
I will take their usernames and paste it into https://peakmonsters.com/@x/collection
where @x is their username.
What I do is that I send them the cards that I think they neeed at that stage ( I only send reward cards), if they want beta cards they will have to enter my giveaway; https://peakmonsters.com/@blog-beginner/collection
Currently 5 giveaways, will be decided and sent out on monday ( Feb 11) Links for the 4 others are in that post
I do the same thing with anyone who enters my giveaway or follows

It will not however affect the outcome of the giveawy. I will however send a few reward cards I think they need that I have to much of

Point

The point I am attempting to make is that if all of us sat on our arses ( sorry for language) with maxed out decks and thinking that this will go to the mooooon, I think you are wrong.
A good way to make this bigger is to support all newcommers. Grow the steemmonster community, give what you can, upvote others posts. Be an active member
We are all different.
We can all play our part in different ways.
I am not a blogger, marketer or anything really, but I try to do what I can

Some can argue that I have good payout on my posts, most of it is promotion.
So I do not think this will make me much in terms of steem or steempower ( when you deduct promotion fees)
But I do think in helping out in my way, Steemmonsters will grow
